Cancelled (Covid-19) Training: Lambeth advanced Care consortium

There may come a time when you are unwell and cannot tell the people around you what you do and don’t want. You can stay in control and receive the treatment and care you want by planning ahead.

This session is hosted by a new Lottery funded project in Lambeth. org.uk

 The session will give you:

• • Information about ways to help you get the treatment and care you want in the future if you are unwell and unable to say what is important to you.
  • A chance to find out what Lasting Power of Attorney, Advance Statements, and Advance Decisions to Refuse Treatment are and why they are important
  • Opportunities for free training to be part of the project and support the people in your community
  •  Lots of useful free resources and information to take away.
