Through trusted partnerships and long-term thinking we help address the key issues affecting those who live here. From residents groups and the Clapham Park Committee to workshops, education events and employment support, our strategy aims to tackle local issues and have a robust, long-lasting impact on individuals and the community as a whole.

The development

New homes

So far, we have completed over 1,500 new and refurbished homes, 3 shops and Clapham Park Cube. Between 2020 and 2035, we will be building over 2,500 new homes, further new shops, the large central park and further community facilities. All our latest news on the development work is below.
