The Community

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing and Countryside Homes are working together with the local community to renew the neighbourhood, providing high quality homes, landscapes, community ammenities, places to shop, work and meet.
Over the next 10 years, more than 4,000 new and refurbished homes for sale, retirement living, private rental, shared ownership and affordable rent will be provided alongside a new high street, public parks, play spaces, community allotments, pedestrian and cycle routes, and a revolutionary green heating network, woven amongst tree lined avenues and historic london mansion blocks.

The development

New homes

Clapham Park is an award winning regeneration in the heart of South London.

So far we have completed over 1,750 new and refurbished homes, 5 shops and gym, Clapham Park Cube Community Centre and the Maytree Nursery. Between 2025 and 2035, we will be building over 2,500 new homes, a new high street, two public parks and further community facilities.
