The regeneration of Clapham Park is more than just building new homes. So far, we have completed over 1,500 new and refurbished homes, 3 shops and Clapham Park Cube. Between 2020 and 2035, we will be building over 2,500 new homes, further new shops, the large central park and further community facilities. All our latest news on the development work is below.
