Our first issue features key activities happening now and on the horizon, including site preparation work for over 500 new homes at Bruce House, Poynders Parade, Threshold Centre and Clarence Crescent. Construction News In the coming months you will see us starting site preparation works as we get ready to build over 500 new homes. Our contractors will start at Bruce House and Poynders Parade, and will move onto the Threshold Centre and adjacent areas at Clarence Crescent. Here’s what you can expect to see over the coming weeks: Now – Surveys of the buildings and grounds Late February – Tree works & site preparation March – Site set up including hoarding to secure the construction areas March – Internal strip out of Poynders Parade These works will take a few weeks and enable the construction team to prepare for demolition of the old buildings and construction of new homes.
