New homes

Clapham Park is an award winning regeneration in the heart of South London.

So far we have completed over 1,750 new and refurbished homes, 5 shops and gym, Clapham Park Cube Community Centre and the Maytree Nursery. Between 2025 and 2035, we will be building over 2,500 new homes, a new high street, two public parks and further community facilities.
